    Loooooong wait!! Only 1 helper -- other "on lunch" for 90 minutes.. maybe some get lucky, but most (like me) don't.

    Went in and got a new ID they promised my ID would show up in time for a trip I had planned a month out. The ID never showed and when I called they said it was sent back to them I asked if I could come in and pick it up they said no, it had to be shipped. I told the man my current license had expired and I need it now and he told me that's to bad and I have to wait 20 days for a new ID to sent to me. They also said if an ID get returned to them they don't call back. Awful service. I'd rather make a long drive then ever come back.
