- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This agent is the most unprofessional and least knowledgeable I've ever come across. Did not care about, or want to help with my insurance needs, but was more concerned with over-covering to increase her own commissions. Never answered the phone when needed, and call-backs were almost non-existent. I would avoid this agent by all means necessary... HORRIBLE!!!By James Leslie, October 02, 2016
